Peter has over 30 years of teaching yoga experience and has been teaching yoga in Århus for 20 years. He has developed a more somatic body-awareness approach to yoga, with a strong focus on empowering the student. Other than teaching yoga, with his gardening skills he is turning gardens in to temple of colour and stillness.
Connecting with our organs
How do the inner organs of the body support a yoga posture? Inquiry into organs and finding there role they have in supporting a yoga posture. We look at some classical yoga posture and see how organs play in the dynamic of the pose.
